I can't believe that the middle of summer is here. I seem to have trouble keeping up with the blog but it's more because it seems to take an eternity for me to get all the pictures in the right place than it is just being to busy. We've enjoyed taking it easy the last couple of weeks. There's been some swimming with Kaleb and Kathryn.
Sometimes with an attitude, be it good or bad!
We went peach picking. As in I picked out donuts and ice cream and the kids threw some real peaches in the bag for the road...which turned into cobbler just before they went rotten!
Again, attitudes were involved (no Taylor in the picture?!)
More swimming. Bryce and Chase have turned into part fish. I'm convinced that they will run out of air one of these times.
They stay underwater more than on top. They even jump off in the deep end now and swim to the ladder. Crazy kids.
More crazy hair-dos. She was excited when her braids turned into...
"hair just like Grace's" - she was obviously thrilled and immediately asked for a pic!
The next day it is not so much looking like Grace's anymore! Got a little crazy! But check out the outfit!
And it got better!
And now throw in some attitude for the complete look!
We went to Griffin's 3rd birthday party where it was all smiles!
Love this. My parents were out of town last week so we tried to do FaceTime with them but you can guess that it was not successful. Regardless, the kids were dressed in costume in case it happened! Bryce was most enthusiastic. Chase's costume lasted about 2 minutes. We had to settle for sending them a picture.
Taylor got to go to camp at her preschool this week. She was fired up about that!
I stole this picture off of her school's fb page. Looks like she had fun although the teacher said she never said a word all week!
Chase decided against going to camp so he could hang out with me. I think he knew it was an easy sell to get me to take him to "Q". He's good company....not quiet company, but good company!
Then it was HOT, so they took every cushion in the house and started jumping.
It was obviously some great, cheap entertainment! Now for some better entertainment, we're off to the beach(es)!! Yay.
