I feel like I need a vacation ;) Dave told me I was on a permanent vacation and he's right and I'm ok with that. Life is good. Here's a look at this past week at Sandbridge.

We had the company of most of the Comp family. The Seybold portion was off on another adventure (and still at the dentist some too!) but they were missed!
These four could not have been happier to have each other's company for the whole week!
Luckily, MeMa has the energy of like 5 people. She can keep up with all of them.
These pictures are, obviously, in quite random order. The girls went on a grocery shopping adventure one day. They were thrilled.
Ice cream was never in short supply.
Dad had some issues with his chair (it was not down on purpose!). Max has issues of his own. They go together well!
Like I mentioned, plenty of ice cream.
We managed to find a nice naptime retreat within walking distance.
Too bad my kids only napped once!
Monkeying around.
Searching out more ice cream. You never have enough.
Love it when Jason's ideas get a little crazy. He parked his monster truck in the sand and it sunk. Then the neighbor kindly pulled him out with his tiny jeep. Never dull.
Taylor touching jellyfish. I was impressed.
Shooting at seagulls and crabs with their water guns.
Dave and Jason have about as much fun together as Chase and Bryce. They tried their hand at surfing this time. Jason made it look good in this picture.
Dave trying to catch a big one.
Chasing after a poor crab.
Success.
Kids were not interested and Dave was bleeding. Oh well.
The boys stayed in the water a ton. Like so much that I'm pretty sure I never sat down one day.
The girls mostly stuck to snacking.
Baby Gavin taking in his first beach trip!
Matching outfits were a must.
Ice cream? Sure.
Surfers.
Ballerina pose.
Aww.
Aww.
Aww.
The kids decided to go out in the ocean....the day Dave was gone to work. I don't hate the ocean, but for me it's more for cooling off than actually staying in. I took one for the team though and had both kids out there until I found a more willing adult. Chase and I got wiped out at one point. Good times.
Cool fish that we caught.
Jason had to show off and catch more. It was insane.
He always manages to gather a crowd.
Showing off the big catch.
Meeting at MeMa's chair. Probably discussing snacks?!
Who me? You might say Taylor had some personality issues on this trip. I think she is vacationed-out! I'm doing my best to get her back on track before the next trip.
Just when you thought I was out of ice cream pictures....
Always a tough decision!
Another great catch - stingray for dinner that night.
Classic Dave on the phone on vacation picture - always have to have at least one!
Taylor was actually happy to try some new hair-do ideas this week. She felt wild and crazy one day and asked for 2 buns.
Nap buddies.
The ocean just wasn't big enough?
I guess you never get too big for the baby pool.
A happy Taylor moment. I started taking pictures of all of them!!!
Happy kids.
Victory.
Happiest with her MeMa.
The family. Max gets front and center, of course.
Us. We must have been tired of smiling by this point?!
Sweet siblings.
Oh wait. That's more like it!!
Love.
And right after that Taylor's dress got wet. Party over.
Bleached beach boy - his hair is so light now!
Pile on.
A very rare sight. It lasted briefly.
One last time - ice cream!
Favorite end of the day activity - the outdoor shower.
It was a fun week!
