The weekend seems like such a distant memory, but since the next one is still just as far away we'll pretend like it was just yesterday! This weekend goes down in the books as a great one for Chase. He got to see his buddy Kaleb on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It doesn't get better than that!

Kaleb brought some clothes to pass on to Chase. They dug through them and found some basketball shorts that they had to put on. To say Chase is particular about his clothes would be a major understatement. He was totally irritated that the shorts were "broken" (shorts, not pants) but refused to take them off even though he tried to stretch them down to his ankles every 2 seconds.
Saturday was the Faculty-Alumni basketball game at PaPa's school. Yep, PaPa is the tiger. 
Taylor wasn't quite as thrilled with PaPa the Tiger. She was trying to climb up my neck to get away from him! 
Watching the game together. Kaleb's dad, Josh, played in the game for the faculty team so they had even more fun cheering him on. 
People around here keep talking about VCU basketball these days, but I say when you can watch Josh Smith in action, who needs the Rams, right? Sorry Josh, had to do it. Happy Birthday, by the way. 
PaPa bought Chase some lucky raffle tickets and he won a set of tickets to go watch the Flying Squirrels. Here he is going to collect his prize.
Good times for Chase! 
Best part of the night! They usually get to play at halftime, but this time they had to wait until the very end of the game to get their hands on a ball. They were very patient! (My camera doesn't keep up with action too well!) 
Sunday they "watched"some basketball together and ate some cupcakes sporting their favorite VCU colors. When you have 5 kids in the house all 3 and under, you really don't "watch" much of anything for more than a minute and you certainly can't hear anything at all!!!
So good he couldn't even look up for the picture!
