Water Garden

We made plans early in the week to go to Lewis Ginter and play in their Children's Garden with Bryce on Thursday. Well everytime we went anywhere all week Chase would say "water garden" and we would again go over days of the week and how much longer it would be until Thursday. So Thursday finally comes and we get there and this is what he does.... Go figure. He eventually warmed up to the idea a little, but not much.

Taylor had fun, or at least didn't make enough of a fuss to get moved out of the way of the water. We will assume she was enjoying it!

Thinking about it.

I couldn't really blame him - the water would shoot out in different places and different times and at varying distances and you got no warning when it was going to change. I think he'll like it more when he gets a little older.

Bryce was having way more fun and getting way more wet. He finally convinced Chase to join him when the water was shooting about 2 inches off the ground!

I think Bryce is thinking, "Um, mom, aren't those my fish?" He was a good sport.

It was way too hot to stay long though!
