Happy 3rd Birthday Chase!

Better late than never, right?  So Blogger wasn't cooperating and then we were busy celebrating but finally here are the pictures.  Happy Birthday Chase!
We finally made it to the end of the countdown chain!!
Bryce came over first thing birthday morning with the first present!
We got Chase an aquarium and took him to pick out his fish that night.  He picked out 2 black and white speckled fish and named them "Goldie" and "Blackboard" - absolutely no clue how he came up with those.  Even worse, we seriously think he is atleast somewhat color blind and so he named the mostly black fish Goldie and the mostly white fish Blackboard.  He loves them and it buys us a little longer before a dog!
Oh Taylor.  Can't tell you how many times I plucked her off the table that day.
Now the aquarium is (hopefully) safe on Chase's dresser!
Vickie brought Chase over a  mini-birthday cake on Thursday since he wouldn't be having his big cake until Friday.
He was very much loving it!
 Taylor didn't mind it either!
Bryce showed up on Friday morning with a "Diesel" train for Chase.  It was the only thing on his wish list and after one attempt at Toys 'R Us, I couldn't find it and gave up.  Grace was up for the challenge and came through with an Ebay find!  He was excited.
Party Time!  I took very few random party pictures.  We rented this basketball hoop which I thought was made to be bounced on, but apparently you're just supposed to shoot hoops from the outside.  Oh well, no way we were keeping a mob of 3-year olds on the outside!  No damage done.
 The birthday cake.
 One very happy kid!
All the small party guests in the same picture!  Not easy to do.
Post-party playing moon sand on the porch with Jeff.  Very fun, very messy.  Thanks Megan and Carl. :)
Celebrating his first breakfast at Cracker Barrel as a 3 year old!!!

And then back home for more moon sand.

Also, Chica did show Chase's card yesterday, but we missed it live.  Thanks to Jason and Grace we got a video of it from their dvr!  Glad they are more up on technology than we are - Chase was most excited!  I haven't had any luck uploading it to Blogger yet, but I'll keep working on it!
