Time flies when you're having fun! Can't believe it can go this fast but it does. Thankfully the schedule is starting to slow down a little bit with responsibilities but will soon be starting to fill up with summer fun! Here's a slightly quick recap of the last month!
The kids had field day at school. They get assigned a partner and have to travel around to the stations together. Taylor was obviously ok with her partner!
Chase got a good buddy too! It was hard to get many pictures because they stayed on the move!
Later that evening was Relay for Life. The weather has been usually cool and wet this spring. It's always a fun time with your cousins though!
She had a bag of snacks and a coke. Leave her be.

Still not spring weather here but we went to the baseball game and ate ice cream anyways!
And when you go with PaPa you can get cotton candy before your ice cream is even gone!
Poor kids.
This is my view 24-7. She follows me around with the rubber chicken everywhere.
Chase decided to have a sore throat 2 days before his birthday party. Went to the dr in case it was strep. It wasn't so he was happy.
Still not feeling so great though!
Taylor decided it was time to start helping out around the house!

Chase was feeling better before party #1 the weekend before his birthday!

When finished off his birthday party night with a trip to Kid Med when he started complaining about an earache. Sure enough he had an ear infection. Got some medicine to make sure he was well before his actual birthday!
Shopping trip to Barnes and Noble to spend his giftcards.
On his birthday I offered to pick him up for lunch and an early release from school.
He picked Mr. Submarine of all places!!
He talked his dad into an after lunch activity. To be fair, I'd offered to pick Taylor up too. She didn't want to go because she didn't want to get behind in art.😂 When Chase picked Dave and Buster's, I knew we were going to have an upset sister!!

The official birthday day ended with a much anticipated dinner at Aunt Sarah's. He had been wanting to go there for a long time. Fried chicken with pancakes - nothing better!
