The Fair

The kids and I went to the fair last Wednesday with my parents.  While the memories will last, the goldfish that we brought home with us did not.  Poor Goldie III floated his way to the top yesterday morning.  It was expected.
It was a good time and perfect weather.
I snapped this picture a little too soon and didn't catch them taking a big bite of the giant cotton candy.
 Wild and crazy kids.
Better than going to the fair was meeting up with Bryce and Emmy there.
 Thrilled with the picture taking.
We found some rides.  Jason took one for the team and spun around with the girls.
The boys were fine on their own but they didn't do much spinning!
I love this picture for some odd reason - I'm not even a big fan of Spongebob.
Too cute though.
Riding the "jet skis" - Chase looks like his head is about to pop off his neck!
Still a little concerned.  Bryce will always have the front seat if it's up to Chase!
 An even better photo op.
I told them I'd take care of sending their Christmas cards this year ;)
Taylor didn't care for a jet ski so she went 4-wheelin'.
Someone didn't care for the sound of the balloon popping game.  He was not happy.

Bryce took off in a helicopter.  Chase wouldn't even sit in the back seat for that one!
Here's the famous fish.  I warned Chase that he'd lived a rough life in the plastic bag at the fair and probably wouldn't make it til morning.  He lived 4, probably miserable, days.
Good times.
